Euro 2020 draw results



The draw for the Euro 2020 football tournament was held in Bucharest on Saturday (November 30th), to be held in 12 European cities for the first time to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the tournament.

The 2018 World Cup champion France, the 2016 European champions Portugal, and the 2014 World Cup champion were drawn to Germany in a "fireball group".



Group A matches in Rome and Baku: Turkey, Italy, Wales and Switzerland.



Group B: Denmark, Finland, Belgium and Russia.



Group C in Amsterdam and Bucharest: Netherlands Ukraine Austria - Winner of Appendix D



Group D matches in London and Glasgow: England - Croatia - Appendix C winner - Czech Republic



Group E matches in Bilbao and Dublin: Spain, Sweden, Poland, winners of Appendix B



Group F matches in Munich and Budapest: Winner of Appendix A - Portugal - France - Germany



Twenty teams have so far managed to qualify for the tournament, while the European play-offs on March 26 and 31 will decide the remaining four seats.



Sixteen teams have been selected for the Euro 2020 qualifying play-off, based on the results of the 2018 European Championship, where every four teams will play as a knockout mini-league, with the champions to qualify for Euro 2020.



The following are Euro 2020 play-off kits (semi-final, then final, one team from each group)



Group A: Iceland, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria



Group B: Bosnia and Herzegovina - Northern Ireland .. Slovakia - Ireland



Group C: Scotland - the Zionist entity .. Serbia - Norway



Group D: Georgia - Belarus .. Northern Macedonia - Kosovo.



Italy, the Netherlands, England, Spain and Germany will play in the group stages at home

A third group match between hosts Russia and Denmark in Copenhagen and St. Petersburg has been drawn.
 On the standings, the draw came in favor of the Danish team to host the Russian team in Copenhagen.



For political reasons, the European Union's executive committee decided to avoid drawing lots in the same group, avoiding Bosnia-Herzegovina with Kosovo, Serbia with Kosovo, Russia with Kosovo, and Ukraine with Russia.
